Return for an Exchange You have 14 days to return for an exchange. Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges outside of the UK will be asked to pay a reduced postage cost for their replacement item. We will cover the postage cost to send your exchange.
Return for a Refund Ensure you complete the Returns form included in your package, post the item back with all bags, labels and protectors. The item needs to be in "new" condition and suitable for resale. Unfortunately I ordered xs as per the measurements but we’re a little tight so would need a small, gutted as these are out of stock but great gloves.
