Returns/Exchanges
Return for an Exchange
You have 14 days to return for an exchange. Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges outside of the UK will be asked to pay a reduced postage cost for their replacement item. We will cover the postage cost to send your exchange.
Return for a Refund
Ensure you complete the Returns form included in your package, post the item back with all bags, labels and protectors. The item needs to be in "new" condition and suitable for resale. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. Note Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Really comfortable, great end of summer/autumn jacket. I am tall ish (5'10) and this is a decent length.

I ordered this for heading to Portugal riding pillion, I absolutely love it. When it arrived the armour on the shoulders was slightly bent out of shape and after trying heavy weights at home to reshape it flat, I contacted to explain as it was really uncomfy. I dealt with Jo who sorted me out in no time! So I truly appreciate the amazing customer service! Jacket is so comfy, and love that it attaches to my leggings (which I sometimes forgot when I went to take it off much to my own amusement) love it and even so my sister-in-law is purchasing it in grey :)

Beautiful jacket, the material is lovely, and the armour feels barely there. Deep pockets, and looks very stylish. I did have to exchange for a size down, but the exchange was the smoothest experience I have ever had when exchanging an item!

Finally a flannel jacket, that doesn’t look like I’ve stolen it off my Dad.
Ordered a 16 and it sits lovely over my chest, hips (and Mum Tum) and I can reach and move freely, lovely soft material and feels protective and will be great when it chiller with layers under.
The D30 armour is hardly noticeable, I’ve already swapped it in my cargos, dungarees and Fiona jacket. Definitely a game changer if you don’t want to feel like a marshmallow girl!!
