We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
We recommend checking your items as soon as they arrive to ensure the correct sizing and that there are no faults.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We hope you love your MotoGirl purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or a refund, provided it meets the return conditions below.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, exchange, or refund:

Complete the Return & Exchange form included in your parcel
(or include a note with your name, order number, and whether you would like an exchange or refund) -
Securely package the item, ensuring all tags, labels, and armour are included

Return the parcel to us using a tracked service

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7 days

A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method
Stock Availability for Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item cannot be supplied within 10 working days, we may offer a refund instead and will contact you first.
MotoGirl cannot exchange items for different products.
If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

International Returns
If returning from outside the UK, parcels must be declared as:
“Returned Goods”
This helps prevent customs delays or additional charges.
MotoGirl cannot be responsible for customs fees caused by incorrect declarations.
Please note: if any customs duties, handling fees, or additional charges are incurred because the parcel is not correctly declared as “Returned Goods,” MotoGirl reserves the right to deduct these costs from your refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact

Returns must include all armour

Proof of purchase is required
We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
Faulty Items & Manufacturing Defects (1-Year Warranty)
All MotoGirl products are manufactured to the highest standards.
We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering genuine manufacturing defects only.
What Qualifies as a Fault?
A warranty claim applies only where an item has developed a fault due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Items cannot be returned under warranty unless an actual manufacturing fault is present.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us first with details and photographs so we can assess the issue before a return is arranged.
Our Resolution
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, MotoGirl may, at our discretion:

Repair the item free of charge

Offer a credit or refund where appropriate
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Accidents or misuse

Improper washing, care, or maintenance

Natural fading or ageing of colours and materials over time
Repairs Outside Warranty
In some cases, damage that is not covered under warranty may still be repairable.
We may offer repairs at a reasonable cost, plus return shipping.
