Return for an Exchange
You have 14 days to return for an exchange. Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges outside of the UK will be asked to pay a reduced postage cost for their replacement item. We will cover the postage cost to send your exchange.
Return for a Refund
Ensure you complete the Returns form included in your package, post the item back with all bags, labels and protectors. The item needs to be in "new" condition and suitable for resale. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. Note Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wow what can I say?! I didn’t hold much hope out for this hoodie, this is because everytime I try and purchase protective or non-protective motorcycle gear, I find as a women I can never buy my true size, I always have to size up 2-3 sizes!! This makes me feel awful and like women are not as valued as men in the motorcycle world! However! I am a 14 and ordered a 16 so I can wear it over my protective body armour and wow it fits perfectly! Not only that but the quality is fantastic , I am so happy and will definitely buy again from this brand!
Love the hoodie, nice vibrant colours and comfy. Nothing negative to say about any of the clothing but if I had to pick anything, then it would that there’s no thumb holes but I can live with that.
My wife loves Motogirl clothing. I bought to go with her Julia jeggins and Sherrie jacket and trousers.
My daughter bought the pink and black hoodie based on the size of a previous one she bought in orange and black that’s now seen better days. Shocked me that my Tom boy daughter chose pink . She loves it. Sizing was perfect . It’s a well made good quality item of clothing .
