Fitting:
The reflective gilet are made to wear over the Fiona, Jodie or Valerie jacket, if you have a thick touring jacket then we suggest go up a size. There is a good amount of stretch in the reflective gilet.If you are buying the reflective to walk the dog, run or cycle we suggest go down a size.
Return for an Exchange You have 14 days to return for an exchange. Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges outside of the UK will be asked to pay a reduced postage cost for their replacement item. We will cover the postage cost to send your exchange.
Return for a Refund Ensure you complete the Returns form included in your package, post the item back with all bags, labels and protectors. The item needs to be in "new" condition and suitable for resale. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. Note Shipping costs are non-refundable.
