Return for an Exchange
You have 14 days to return for an exchange. Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges outside of the UK will be asked to pay a reduced postage cost for their replacement item. We will cover the postage cost to send your exchange.

Return for a Refund
Ensure you complete the Returns form included in your package, post the item back with all bags, labels and protectors. The item needs to be in "new" condition and suitable for resale. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. Note Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Love it

I wasn't sure what size to order as I'm usually between a 12 to14 so used the size guide, and ordered a Large (14). It fits so well, and is very comfortable to wear.
This jacket still fits really well even with the liner and a hoodie underneath. All I need to do is loosen the back belt slightly.
Love the deep inside pockets too. Great for phone and purse.
Absolutely recommend it for summer riding.

Ideal

Am a newbie, and bought my 1st jacket from Facebook for my CBT. 2 years on & I was desperate for a decent jacket for the summer.
I wanted AA rated kit and I was unsure what to buy & from where as I'm only 5'1" but this jacket fits lengthwise no problems. the arms are a little long, but I can work around that.
As a size 12 with large boobs, I went for the Large. I think I could have gone for the Medium though, but the side adjusters help a little to make it fit better.
Also got the recommended back protector too.
Only used the jacket once, it was really airy (without the inner jacket). Moves with me on the bike & I'm really happy. Just the arm length that lets it down, but I'll still give 5 stars.

Great jacket for the summer months although I am having some minor problems with the sleeve zips. The lining inside keeps catching in the zip. Managing to get it loose but it may shorten the length of the life of the zip. Otherwise would given this a solid 5 stars

Nice quality

I am a standard size 22uk all bottom and belly. Ordered the 4xl and it’s a nice fit
The arms feel snug with the liner in the jacket
