Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I ordered a size L as my M helmet hoody felt a little snug. I stupidly thought it would give a little more room but I was wrong! The L is really big on me, but I’m going to keep it in case it shrinks a bit when I wash it. The arms were slightly long but I don’t mind that. It’s really warm & I love the fluffy collar.
