Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are subject to stock availability and receipt of payment.

Orders are normally processed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.


UK Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £100.

For orders under £100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and selected delivery service.

Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days from dispatch.

We use Royal Mail, DPD & ParcelForce as our trusted delivery partners. Tracking updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.


Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

We offer Royal Mail & ParcelForce Next Day delivery option for UK mainland addresses.

Whilst Next Day delivery is always the aim, sometimes this is not a guarantee. 

  • Orders placed before 15:00 GMT (Monday–Thursday) will be delivered the next working day, provided all items are in stock.

  • Orders placed before 15:00 GMT on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

  • For Saturday delivery within the UK, please select Royal Mail Next Day before 12:00 on Friday.

Next Day delivery is available on in-stock items only and excludes public holidays.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather, or peak seasonal demand.

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Parcels cannot be considered lost until confirmed by the courier.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


Overseas Orders

MotoGirl Ltd currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

If you are located outside the UK, you may be able to purchase MotoGirl products through one of our authorised dealers. Please visit our stockists page for more information.
