Return for an Exchange You have 14 days to return for an exchange. Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges outside of the UK will be asked to pay a reduced postage cost for their replacement item. We will cover the postage cost to send your exchange.
Return for a Refund Ensure you complete the Returns form included in your package, post the item back with all bags, labels and protectors. The item needs to be in "new" condition and suitable for resale. Perfect hoodie, exactly what I wanted. I ordered a small as I'm usually 8/10 on my top half. It fitted spot on. Not too baggy, but enough give to be comfortable, and I was also able to fit my knox armoured shirt underneath it, which was the plan, so I'm well pleased. Lovely and thick hoodie
I have a Knox armoured shirt and wanted a hoodie to wear over the top. The quality of this hoodie is brilliant, it’s so thick and cosy. I like the idea of being able to put it on or take it off without having to remove my helmet.
