Returns/Exchanges
Return for an Exchange
You have 14 days to return for an exchange. Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges outside of the UK will be asked to pay a reduced postage cost for their replacement item. We will cover the postage cost to send your exchange.
Return for a Refund
Ensure you complete the Returns form included in your package, post the item back with all bags, labels and protectors. The item needs to be in "new" condition and suitable for resale. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. Note Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I love this jacket. Will be practical for summer and cooler weather. The D30 armour is so thin you don’t notice it. The grey colour check is great as are the multiple pockets. The fit is very flattering. I’m a Uk 22 with a wide hip and wear the 5xl.

Tighter then my jody jacket but its still really nice and a lovley design. I dont like the jackets under my chin and this is perfect. Thank you moto girl ❤️

Absolutely LOVE this jacket! Literally use it ALL the time! It's comfortable and great to use on top of multiple layers (i.e. a hoddie and warmers), or on it's own when warmer.

This will be great in the colder times.. I feel like I could have sized down one though. But at least I can get a hoodie under it.

Comfortable to wear and makes you feel protected. Keeps you warm against harsh wind and just enough if a light shower does hit. Also comfortable enough to wear around town in between riding so can be used as a jacket as well as protection

Really nice jacket, looks good, quick delivery. Good communication with moto girl staff.
Only thing I would say is it doesn't come with back protection, that you have to pay extra. Surely that should be as standard in a motorcycle jacket?

I ordered the wrong size to start, but as soon as I tried the (speedily provided) correct size it was perfect! Ideal for when your using the bike as transport, and don’t necessarily want to look like you just got off the bike

I was delighted to find a jacket (Jessie) that was such a perfect fit…. after years of uncomfortable gear cut for tall women with no waist. In a bigger size for a curvy, shortish woman 5’3”with large chest and smaller hips. It is also softer, so I feel that I can move well on and off the bike. I bought the 5xl…. Normally an M&S 20… and it can take my lightweight down jacket or a jumper without getting too tight. It also looks really good, unusual, and vibes with my grey bike 😊The Daisy dungarees we’re too long and the the ‘bib’ a bit too narrow (regular purchased as petite out of stock) Easy return, helpful staff when I rang and I am trying something different. Highly recommend. Would have tried more initially if there were free returns.

Love, love, love this jacket. Warm and smart. Pockets for armour. Not too long or bulky, but not too short to leave a gap when you ride. Great zipped fit in tough but soft material. Perfect to ride - or have a coffee out with friends
Was totally torn between the red and black, or grey and black (ask the patient shop staff!) . Both look so so good, and I wanted both - but this grey and black check won me over purely as it matches my cafe racer bike. Always room for the red one though .....
