Returns/Exchanges

Return for an Exchange
You have 14 days to return for an exchange. Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges outside of the UK will be asked to pay a reduced postage cost for their replacement item.  We will cover the postage cost to send your exchange.

Return for a Refund
Ensure you complete the Returns form included in your package, post the item back with all bags, labels and protectors.  The item needs to be in "new" condition and suitable for resale. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.  Note Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Credit/Debit Card: 1-15 business days

Use Royal Mail or Evri, cost for sending up to 2kg around £3.50 to return.

Love this cap, fits well and really smart in plain black. Good option for sizing with adjustable strap at the back. Most caps are too big for me but this fits perfectly.

I am so glad I initially found your products at our local Infinity dealership, after years of Ill fitting second hand gear or OH’s spare kit.Being only 5’1, I don’t look like I am wearing clown trousers any more and I don’t get creeping damp up my rolled up trouser legs in the rain anymore either.
For first time ever, I am more than happy to wear a company’s brand logo as you deserve to have your profile raised to lady bikers everywhere. I love that there is no obligatory pink flashes (sigh) on your products. If there were industry awards, you guys would surely hold them all for your product range, styling and quality.
Working my way through my wish list, love my new cap for my helmet hair and the neck fleece feels amazing. I chose the brand logo bandana to spread the word. There is not a dud in your entire product range. Oh and I practically live in my jumpsuit!
