Returns/Exchanges
Return for an Exchange
You have 14 days to return for an exchange. Please include the completed Return and Exchange form received within your parcel, if you do not have a form, just insert a note with instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges outside of the UK will be asked to pay a reduced postage cost for their replacement item. We will cover the postage cost to send your exchange.
Return for a Refund
Ensure you complete the Returns form included in your package, post the item back with all bags, labels and protectors. The item needs to be in "new" condition and suitable for resale. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. Note Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Use Royal Mail or Evri, cost for sending up to 2kg around £3.50 to return.

These are so comfortable and easy to get out enjoying the elastic band around the wrist

I have tiny hands and ordered the xs small gloves.
The fit is perfect in every way, across my palm and fingers.
The material is warm enough but doesn't make your hands sweaty either.
They are soft enough to manage clutch/brake lever easy enough without making your hands hurt.
The cuff part sits snugg just past your wrist for perfect comfort.

Saw these and immediately wanted them because of the cuff and they mostly certainly didn’t disappoint! Wearing them in this chilly wind was fab. The whole glove is warm but that cuff ensures that the draft doesn’t get you if there is a little gap. And you don’t have to take them off to sort your satnav! Would highly recommend!

Another fantastic product from Motogirl ! I appear to have very small hands/fingers and struggle with a lot of glove left over where my finger ends which makes it really hard to open zips or use phone. These are perfect for me and fit like…well ..a glove 😀
I rode with them last week in the ever confusing April temperatures and were impressed, did end up a little chilly in the tips of my fingers but overall I found them good and that was riding at 70mph with no heated grips. All of my kit is from Motogirl now as they actually understand female proportions and the customer service is excellent.

Having very small hands I have tried on a few winter gloves but have been put off due to being very bulky, these gloves however, fit amazingly! Also suffering from Reynaulds my hands get extremely cold and painful, these are lovely and soft and have kept my hands very warm. Highly recommended!

Bought these from Infinity Motors. I really struggle with some of my winter gloves and the bulky cuffs, trying to get them under or over certain jackets 🙈🙄. These are going to be perfect! Surprisingly warm too. Very pleased with my purchase. 😊
