I have the original MotoGirl leggings with the standard yellow armour, which have been great. Thought I’d treat myself to a new black pair and saw the Isla jeans. I wanted new trousers with D30 armour. I’m between a 14 and 16 on the high street for trousers. Waist 35 hips 45. Purchased size 16 and perfect. Gaped at the back of waist which is pretty much standard for me, however with the waist adjustment pulled in these are not bulky. Just back from my first ride in these and cannot fault. Good high rise and for me better with a belt too. Some stretch making these very comfortable both on and off bike. I wore with very thin under liner base layer and will wear the Isla jeans on their own in warmer weather - cooler than the originals for summer. Flattering I think for those of us in the slightly larger size. So many models show much smaller sizes and whilst they look great sometimes helpful to see in a larger size.
I love the material and the ability to fit it to your body shape via the adjustable straps ! I did size up but for personal preference but don’t think it’s necessary for everyone , really comfortable , but overall can’t wait to take it out for its first trip !! Very happy
These dungarees are very comfortable once you’ve worn them in a couple of times. Keeps your back warm too. My only criticism is the side zip is very awkward, it’s a really small zipper which is really hard to pull up on the side where it is and makes using the bathroom while you out, very difficult when trying to do it back up. Change the zipper style to a larger easier to grip zipper and these would be perfect.
This jacket is awesome 🙌 , used the guide fitting on site after popping in measurements extremely accurate. Jacket well made, comfortable and I think looks amazing on…hugs in all the right places and now feel like a girl on my bike! 🤣
I am so impressed at the inclusivoty of sizing of MotoGirl and the details descriptions of fit. I sized up for this one (usually a 14) so that I could fit armoured leggings underneath and have more freedom of movement. They are so comfortable and stretchy! I've already customised the overalls with some patches and have more onthe way. Happy riding! Xx
Absolutely love motogirl products!
Amusing and fun logo design on the back.
Fits great across shoulder, chest &waist but I did find the arms a little long and the area around the hips/bottom a little snug.
Other than that… it’s motogirl, great customer service/shipping, nice quality garment and can’t fault it other than the above mentioned.
Got it in the sale which was even better… all in all I’m very happy.
Picked this up in the sale, it is a great fit, very comfortable and so cosy, wore it under my leather jacket in the worst weather the other day and I was as snug as a bug! 🧡
What a buy!!! I’m a size 8-10 but I was debating on which to get. Luckily I checked the size guide and the comment that they also ‘give a little’. I bought a small and they are perfect. I love dungarees any, so now having them as bike wear too made my year 🫶🏼 excuse the mess in the photo 😂
I am an all bum and belly shaped girl These dingies fit nicely. No huge gap at the waist and snug on the bum I am a size 20/22 and got the 5XL comfy fit no tight areas. Looking forward to wearing them touring Scotland in the summer
This suit is super comfortable and extremely flattering I must say. Amazing is spot on and if your between sizes you could size down as it's stretchy but I am in love with mine
I was getting fed up of ill fitting protective trousers for my bike, either digging in or falling down, requiring adjustment, rendering them distracting whilst riding. I really love the styles of Moto Girl products and spotted the half price dungarees, bargin I thought. I measured up to be sure of a good fit, less sucessful on previous brands. This time I hit the jackpot. They are cute, comfortable, complimented on and protective and fit like a dream. To say I am happy is an understatement. I feel like I'm dressed as I want to rather than a would be deliveroo rider (nothing wrong with that, I just want to look like me). Being a size 18-20 digging in and bulky belts never help my confidence. I feel confident in these. Colleagues could probably see that and remarked how good they looked. If you feel good, you look good. Side zip is sturdy, fabric good quality and the storage bag a great touch. I wear them all day in the office, no need to change and the protective pads are not even noticable. Thank you Moto Girl, fab product, I will be back for more from your range.
First ever review because these are fantastic. I can’t stress how well they fit. Might look snug but they really aren’t ( I did the squat test 😂) . The other thing I would like to add is the customer service from MOTOGIRL is second to non. Highly recommended. Size 16 - true to size guide
I'm a size 18-20 so went for the 3XL. Definately true to size, feel high quality, feel secure and can fit a thermal layer underneath. It was spitting with rain today and I didn't feel it.
Cons - the bib is too small and my boobs poke out the sides. The zip on the side is teeny so can be a bit fiddly to pull up but Ill add a key ring hoop through the zip hole.
Overall - highly recommended for a plus size curvy girl.
